ToChampion, as one of leading OEM & ODM apparel manufacturers in China, always organize specialized training sessions for our workshop team leaders every 1-3 months, to strengthen our facilities’ management capabilities and enhance their operational performance. The program focuses on strategies to improve production efficiency and address existing challenges within the manufacturing process.
This training only only enable our workshop team leaders explore best practices for workflow optimization, problem-solving techniques, and resource management. But also the case studies and interactive exercises allowed our team leaders to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and share experiences with peers from different departments.
We find that our workshop team leaders are equipped with more skills and knowledge to effectively manage production and overcome daily operational challenges after classes. What’s more, by empowering their leadership, they are be more and more able to ensure smoother operations and higher efficiency across our 3 owned apparel factories in China.
